Shipping within the U.K. is currently done using Royal Mail at standard second class unless the buyer has paid for 48 hr guarantee shipping.

Standard second class shipping is free when the purchase exceeds £20 for U.K. orders.

International shipping is Royal Mail standard airmail, unless the buyer has paid for tracked delivery for which a tracking number will be provided. 

If an item arrives later then the expected dates stated by Royal Mail I will open a claim with Royal Mail. If the order still doesn’t arrive the buyer will be issued a refund.
