What Is My Size?
I use universal sizes 2XS-3XL, see below for size comparisons. For specific size measurements see individual product descriptions.

How Do I Wash My Item?
Individual product descriptions will include their care instructions.
- Clothing items can be washed on a low heat only, mixed with similar colours to the item. Reusable wipes and face masks can be machine washed in a washing bag or hand washed.
- Fabric based products can be machine washed inside a wash bag or hand washed.
- All products with velvet transfer CANNOT be machine washed, this will damage the velvet transfer. Hand wash only.
What Packaging Do I Get?
Packaging included with each product differs depending on what you are purchasing. Individual product descriptions will include their packaging details.
All orders will include an information leaflet, a business card and two different Nazine Alice Designs stickers.
Packaging for products could include:
- A black and white striped paper bag with a thank you sticker to close.
- Black or purple tissue paper with a thank you sticker to close.
- A black drawstring organza bag with a coffin business label.
Where Are The Fabrics From?
I purchase my fabrics from various online companies, they are listed below:
- Dalston Mill Fabrics
- Love Fabrics
- Various Ebay Sellers
- Spoonflower
A store I visit in person and order from a lot is fabricland. I am able to bulk buy environmentally friendly fabrics from here, primarily my 100% cotton fabrics and bamboo cotton toweling. Linked in photo below.
I often visit my local recycling store called The Dorset Scrapstore located in Bournemouth to buy my fabrics and other random equipment that would come in useful. Linked in photo below.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
- Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Paypal Payments
- Nazine Alice Designs Store E-Gift Cards
All payments are processed on a secure page and we do not store your card details nor share your information with any third parties.
How Do I Change Or Cancel An Order?
Please contact me immediately with your order number and the changes or cancellation needed by using the contact us form CLICK HERE. If your has been dispatched before you contact me it is your responsibility to pay for return or exchange of the item. For more information see the Returns and Exchanges Policy HERE.
How Do I Send A Gift Directly To Someone?
- To send a gift directly to a loved one write in the order notes to let me know and leave any gift message you wish to send, this will be handwritten and added to your order.
Make sure to change the delivery address to your recipient
What Shipping Service Do You Use?
I use a mix of Royal Mail and EVRI to ship orders.
ALL international orders will be posted using EVRI.
UK orders under 1KG which fit as a large letter will be posted using royal mail.
UK orders which are parcels will be posted using EVRI.
Where do you ship from and where to?
I am based in the UK, and I ship worldwide.
How long until my order arrives?
I generally ship in 1-3 business days on all orders. Once posted the time it takes to arrive depends on the postage you chose at checkout.

UK POSTAGE
- UK Standard 2nd Class: 3-5 business days
- UK 1st Class Signed and Tracked: 1-3 business days
- EVRI Parcel Delivery: 3-5 business days
- EVRI Next Day: 48 Hours
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
- EVRI International: 3-7 business days
Who Pays For Customs/ Import Or Sales Tax?
I hate these additional costs just as much as you do, I frequently order from outside the UK and have to face the possible additional customs and import sale taxes. These taxes do not always apply but might depending on your country. As I am based within the UK any international orders may have these additional costs.
These fees are the customers responsibility to pay any additional customer or import sales taxes applied to their parcel when entering their country.
Please DO NOT refuse the delivery of the order when asked to pay these fees as I will not be able to refund the cost of shipping this back to me, or refund the orders original cost. I do not want any customers to be put in this position.
