Returns and Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I'm here to help! I offer free returns or exchanges for faulty products or seller errors within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

You will only get free postage for returns and exchanges in the case of a seller's error.

However if you are returning or exchanging a product for any other reason you will need to cover the postage for returning/ exchanging.

Please note the following terms to our return and exchange policy in the case where there's no sellers fault.

  • You have changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong size
  • You ordered the wrong item

These returned items must be returned in these conditions.

  • Returned items must have tags still on
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Exceptions:

Discounted clearance items within an order are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Your name
  • Your email address (you do not need to enter your phone number)
  • Details for your reasons for returning the item.

Damaged and Lost Items

Damaged

  • If an item arrives damaged I will need to see images and details of the condition of the product to be able to make a royal mail damage claim.
  • After this I offer to send another of the same item, an item of equal value (if the originally purchased item is now sold out) or arrange a full refund on that product from the order.

Lost 

  • The longest length of time it should take for royal mail to deliver your order is 11 days for UK and 28 days for worldwide. Length of time can be affected by the time of year (especially leading up to Christmas) an royal mail specific postage delays. 
  • If your order still has not arrived, I offer to send another parcel with your order with tracking or a full refund. I will open a royal mail lost item dispute for your order.

Additional Information

  • It will take 1-3 business days for me to respond to your initial email, then a further 1-3 days (5-7 for international) for your item to arrive back to me depending on the reasons for return the postage will be paid by either me or the customer. As soon as I receive the item I will arrange the final full product refund.
  • I will pay the return shipment unless you are returning for any of these reasons: You ordered the wrong size/ did not check the measurements listed on the website, you ordered by mistake but did not contact me before shipment.

Privacy Policy

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom personalized order, for example), if you contact me directly.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

  • as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
  • when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
  • if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
  • as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

  • Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
  • Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
  • Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
